What do you need?

* 120 grams of self-raising flour
* 75 grams of banana
* 25 grams whey @personalprotein + 80 ml water
* 10 grams of cocoa powder + 10 grams of Greensweet erythritol
* 1 egg

Topping:
 
Greensweet Dark Chocolate

What should you do?
 
Preheat your oven to 175 degrees.
Mix all ingredients well so that it becomes a nice whole and fill your muffin tin with it.
You can make about 7 muffins with this.
Bake them in the oven for about 20 minutes at 175 degrees.
Melt the Greensweet dark chocolate au bain marie and then twist it over the cooled muffins.
