What do you need?

* 180 grams of mashed pumpkin
* 50 grams of whole wheat flour
* 8 grams baking powder
* 10 grams of cornstarch + 20 ml of cold water (this will dissolve the cornstarch)
* 5 grams of cocoa powder
* salt
* vanilla aroma
* Greensweet Sweet Cinnamon

How do you make this?

1. Mix all ingredients well, except for the cocoa powder.
2. Divide the mixture into two parts.
3. Add the cocoa powder to one part.
4. Pour the light pumpkin batter into a greased tin and divide the dark chocolate batter over it.
5. Bake in the oven at 175 degrees for about 20 minutes.

For the one piece (you make 4 pieces with this recipe): 64 kcal
0.6 g fat; 13 g carbohydrates; 2.5 g of proteins.
