Ingredients for 12 pieces of cake:⁣

-70gr finely ground gluten-free oatmeal
-30gr almond flour
-35gr vanilla pure plant protein from emergency code
-1 1/2 tsp baking powder
-40gr Greensweet erythritol⁣
-3 medium eggs
-30gr melted coconut oil ⁣
-2 mashed bananas ⁣
- pinch of salt ⁣
- Greensweet liquid stevia vanilla
-60gr sprinkles ⁣

How to make this cake:

Preheat your oven to 175 degrees.
Place a piece of baking paper in your baking pan.
Mix oat flour with almond flour, protein powder, baking powder, erythritol and salt.
Mix the eggs, bananas, coconut oil and liquid stevia vanilla to taste.
Mix everything together until the batter has no more lumps.
Fold 1/4 of the sprinkles into the batter and pour batter into the baking pan.
Sprinkle the rest of the sprinkles over the batter and bake for about 25 minutes.
Let cool completely before slicing.
