What do you need for 7 cookies:

  • 2 bananas
  • 100 grams of oats
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 75 grams of vegetable protein / protein powder
  • 200 ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 grated carrot
  • 200 grams of raisins
  • 40 grams chopped walnuts
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1 tsp cardamom
  • 10 drops Greensweet liquid stevia Caramel

How to make these delicious cookies:

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Line a baking tray with baking paper.

Mash bananas with a fork and set aside. In another bowl, mix the protein powder, almond milk and Greensweet liquid stevia caramel into a thick cake batter.

Add baking powder, salt, cinnamon, cardamom to the oats. Then add the other two mixes and mix well. Add the carrot, raisins and walnuts and make 7 cookies on the baking tray and bake for about 15 minutes.

Let them cool completely and then enjoy!
