Peanut butter & Jam cake
What do you need for10-12 slices:
-130gr oat flour
-45gr Greensweet almond flour
-45gr Pure Plant Protein @North Code
-1 Scoop (11gr) MCT Powder @North Code (optional, but very good for higher energy!)
-1 tsp baking powder
-1 tsp baking soda
-1 tsp cinnamon
-Pinch of salt
-80gr Greek style Yogurt
-2 medium eggs
-120ml unsweetened almond milk
-240gr unsweetened applesauce
-100gr 100% peanut butter
-110gr Greensweet Syrup Vanilla
-10 tsp sugar-free jam
How to make this delicious cake:
Preheat the oven to 175 degrees
Place a sheet of baking paper in your cake pan.
In a medium bowl, mix oat flour, almond flour, egg white powder, MCT powder, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt.
In another bowl, combine the eggs, yogurt, applesauce, peanut butter, and Greensweet Syrup Vanilla.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix to a thick batter.
Pour the batter into the baking pan and add the sugar-free jam on top by teaspoonfuls.
Make swirls with a knife or toothpick.
Bake for 40 minutes until golden brown. If a skewer comes out dry, the cake is done.
Let it cool completely before serving.
