Red velvet overnight oats
What you need for 1 serving:
- 60gr gluten free oatmeal
- 20gr 100% almond butter
- 10 grams of chia seeds
- 10gr vegetarian protein powder
- 1 tbsp Greensweet Syrup Gold
- 60gr Greek yogurt
- 300 ml unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tbsp red beet powder
- 1 tsp grated coconut
- 3 drops Greensweet liquid stevia Coconut
How to make these overnight oats:
Mix all ingredients together except the red beet powder, the grated coconut and the Greensweet liquid stevia coconut.
Blend until smooth, then separate 1/2 of the batter into another bowl. Add the red beet powder in one bowl, the grated coconut and Greensweet liquid stevia coconut in the other bowl.
Stir well, cover the bowls with some foil and let them thicken overnight in the fridge
Take a glass jar or large glass, make different layers in it by first putting the red version in it and then the coconut version. Top with some extra yogurt and fresh berries!
