High protein biscuit cheesecake
What do you need:
Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 300g cottage cheese (cottage cheese)
- 100g low-fat cottage cheese
- 20g Greensweet Sweet
- 2 lotus cookies
- 4 sheets of gelatin
- 1 vanilla flavor shot from personalprotein
How do you make this?
Mix the cottage cheese, quark, Greensweet Sweet and flavor shot in a blender.
Meanwhile, melt the gelatine leaves in the microwave with 2 tbsp water.
Add 3 tbsp of the mixture to the melted gelatin and stir well to avoid lumps.
Add this to the rest of the mixture and blend again in the blender.
Crumble one lotus cookie and mix it with the mixture.
Divide the mixture into two equal portions and divide between two bowls.
Top both cheesecakes with the remaining crumbled lotus cookies. Place in the fridge overnight or 1-2 hours.
