The one taste liquid stevia is more suitable for baking than the other

Greensweet-stevia sells about 18 different flavors in drop form. These are made with pure extracts, and therefore have their own specific flavor notes as well as their strength in flavor. For example, the fruit flavors have much less sweet strength than caramel, vanilla and chocolate. Most fruit flavors are therefore less suitable for baking. That is to say: the fruit flavors do not come out very well. However, baking is more than sufficiently sweetened. Flavors that are extremely suitable for baking are:

- Chocolate
- caramel
- Vanilla
- coconut
- peach
- mango
- blueberry
- peanut

They do well to reflect the flavors in a baking. The other flavors are also excellent for baking, but are somewhat flatter in taste.

If someone asks me how the relationships are, I always say "sweetened". What do I mean by this? Well, to begin with, everyone's sweet taste needs are different. To discover your own dosage, you can best taste everything. Once you know how far you like sweetly, you can now implement this in everything. You learn to know the sweet power of your products as if you were true. First start with a few drops and see how you like the taste. Then you can always add drops if you would like it sweeter.

Greensweet Erythritol

One of the most sold products of Greensweet-stevia!

Erythritol is a natural sugar alcohol made from corn.

Erythritol is not stevia, let me clarify that first. This gives a different taste and grain. It comes in terms of taste and texture the most with ordinary sugar and is therefore loved by children. Erythritol, however, is about 75% less sweet than ordinary sugar , so you need something more to get something on the right taste.
A tablespoon of erythritol replaces a quarter tablespoon of ordinary sugar and can easily be used as a sugar in the kitchen for cooking and baking.

It contains no calories and no * net carbohydrates, which means that carbohydrates are indicated but they are not converted into energy in the body and so it contains no calories. It leaves our body unused through the urinary tract.

Greensweet Brown

Greensweet Brown bakes like normal brown sugar and is fine in texture. Greensweet Brown has 95% less calories than normal sugar and is therefore much healthier to use in your daily diet and drinks.

The brown sugar from Greensweet-stevia is made from erythritol, a hint of pure steviol glycosides and molasses, Molasses is a type of sugar. It is made from the sugar beet / cane cooking after the crystallized sugar has been removed. A viscous liquid remains. The quantities of molasses in Brown's greensweet is 5 grams per 100 grams. These are pure free sugars. The remainder consists of polyols (93.5%) that are not absorbed into the body. In other words, the Brown is not 100% sugar-free . But it does not include a lot of free sugars, which still makes it a much better alternative to ordinary brown bark sugars.

People with diabetes can also use this brown sugar substitute, but with caution, because free sugars are present, which can have some influence on blood sugar levels. It is 100% vegan.

Greensweet Syrup Gold

Greensweet Syrup Gold is ideal in the kitchen as a substitute for honey and / or syrup. This delicious syrup is made from a vegetable fiber (isomalto oligosaccharide) so the syrup contains much less calories and still tastes delicious. The fibers are plant components and are officially covered by the carbohydrates. Should you therefore avoid fiber if you are on a low-carbohydrate diet? Absolutely not! These fibers are extremely good for your body.

They are processed differently by your body than normal carbohydrates. Normal carbohydrates are absorbed, digested by your body and enter your blood as glucose. These fibers, on the other hand, are not converted as glucose, but are retained. They are therefore not (or partially) digested.

The Syrup is unfortunately not Gluten-free . Barley malt extract is created by sprouting and drying barley or wheat grains. Some of the gluten from the grain is broken down during this process. Due to incomplete degradation, the barley malt extract may still contain gluten.

The Greensweet Syrup Gold contains no less than 70 g (per 100 g) of dietary fiber, an excellent choice .. die Gold.

Facts:

  • Healthier alternative to honey and (agave) syrup.
  • Delicious about pancakes, desserts, ice cream and homemade bars.
