What do you need:

  • Springform 26 cm
  • Hand mixer
  • Saucepan
  • Coarse grater

For one cake 10-12 people:

For the bottom:

  • 200 g coconut oil
  • 125 g gluten-free oatmeal
  • 150 g gluten-free oatmeal
  • 100 g almond flour
  • 1 bag of baking powder
  • 250 g of Greensweet Brown
  • Pinch of sea salt

For the filling:

  • 2 gold nets
  • 2 elstar
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 2 tbsp Greensweet Erythritol
  • 1 tsp Ceylon cinnamon
  • 100 g raisins

This is how you make this delicious apple pie:

  1. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees and cover the spring form with baking paper.
  2. Melt the coconut oil in a saucepan. Mix the oatmeal, the flour, baking powder, sugar and the sweet in a mixing bowl. Add the melted coconut oil and stir well until all of the coconut oil has been absorbed. Sprinkle the mixture over the bottom of the spring form and level the bottom and sides with the convex side of a spoon.
  3. Peel the apples and remove the cores. Coarsely grate the apples and put the lemon juice grater in a bowl to prevent discoloration. Mix the sweetener and cinnamon into the apples. Sprinkle the raisins over the bottom, divide the grated apples over it and press everything lightly.
  4. Bake the cake in the middle of the oven in about 75 to 90 minutes until golden brown. Let the apple pie cool off before you remove the spring form. A day to bake the cake is the tastiest!
  5. Serve the cake with a big smile and enjoy!
