What do you need:

  • 2 bananas
  • 1 tbsp greensweet brown
  • 5 tbsp te muesli light
  • 1 tbsp (25 g) protein powder
  • 20 g cashew nuts

Ingredients coconut frosting

This is how you make them:

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Put the cashew nuts in the blender or food processor and grind them, then add the rest of the ingredients of the cookies and mix until smooth.

Now make balls and press them flat on baking paper, put the cookies in the oven for 15 minutes. In the meantime you can make the frosting, the coconut oil melts in a pan. Put all the ingredients of the coconut frosting in the blender and mix until smooth. Put the frosting in a container and put it in the fridge for at least 6 hours.

Let the cookies cool when they come out of the oven and when the frosting is ready you can put them in between.
