Coffee ice creams with chocolate dip
What do you need:
150 ml strongcoffee0 khd
150 ml unbeatenwhipped cream4.2 khd
to tasteGreensweet brown0.8 khd
- 1 tbsp / 15 mlcoconut oil
- choppedpistachio nuts
This is how you make these delicious ice creams:
- Optional: dissolve 1 tbsp coconut oil in the hot coffee. Mix the coffee with the whipped cream and season with the Greensweet brown to dissolve well or other sweetener of your choice.
- Divide the liquid into 6 ice-cream molds of 50 ml. Insert the sticks and put in the freezer for 3-4 hours.
- OPTIONAL: Decorate with melted chocolate and chopped nuts.
