low-carbohydrate wafers
What do you need:
- 2 pieces of split eggs
- 1.5 cubits of coconut flour
- 10 drops greensweet liquid stevia to taste eg vanilla
- 1/2 tb baking powder
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- pinch of cinnamon
- 1/5 tbsp whole milk may also be whipped cream
- 50 gr melted butter
This is how you make it:
Put the egg whites in a bowl and beat well. Take another dish and mix the egg yolk, the coconut flour, stevia and baking powder. Add the melted butter to the dish, stir briefly and then add the vanilla and milk. Carefully pour the stiffly whisked egg white into the yolk. Try to keep the mixture as airy as possible. Heat the waffle maker and place enough of the batter on the appliance to make a waffle. Bake until the waffle turns brown. Repeat this process until the batter is finished.
