What do you need: 14 biscuits or 6 large biscuits

225 grams of spelled flour ,

100 ml of coconut oil (melted),

½ teaspoon tartar baking powder,

75 grams Greensweet chocolate letter pure (grated) ,

50 ml Greensweet Syrup gold,

1 tablespoon of almond milk,

50 grams Greensweet Brown ,

20 grams of gingerbread spices.

For the chocolate layer another 50 grams of Greensweet chocolate pure (melted)


This is how you make them:

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and cover a baking tray with parchment paper.

Step 2

Put all dry ingredients in a bowl and mix.

Step 3

Mix the wet ingredients together and add them to the flour.

Step 4

Knead with your hands into a dough ball. Wrap in cling film and place in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.

Step 5

Remove the dough ball from the refrigerator and make 14 small biscuits from the dough. Put them on the baking sheet and after 15-18 minutes your cookies are ready.

Step 6

Do you want to have a chocolate layer over it? Let the cookies cool completely first.

Step 7

Melt the chocolate au bain-marie and half the cookies in the chocolate. You can also work with a teaspoon. You then pour some chocolate over the biscuit.

Step 8

Put the cookies with chocolate back on the baking sheet with parchment paper and let the chocolate become hard.

Step 9

Keep the cookies in a drum that you can close properly. Keep cool and dry.
