What do you need:

ground cinnamon (to taste)
1apple (eg Goudrenet)
25 clmilk
125 gbutter + an extra lump
1 tablespoonbaking powder
400 g ofself-raising flower
a pinch of nutmeg
a bit Greensweet Icing for the decoration
This is how you make it:

Preheat the oven to 210 ° C. First mix all dry ingredients together. Weigh the flower and Greensweet Brown .

Sift the flour, the G reensweet Brown and the baking powder into the mixing bowl.

Weigh the butter and put them in a small pan. Melt the butter on a low heat, but do not let it discolour. Pour the milk into the mixture and mix it with the food processor or mixer. Put the eggs in a little later. Pour the melted butter in a stream at the batter. Let the machine mix everything at ease. Do not clean the pan in which the butter is melted, just keep it.

Peel the apple and cut the fruit into quarters. Remove the core and cut each piece of apple into small blocks of approx. 0.5 centimeters.

Put a fresh knob of butter in the pan (in which you have already melted butter) and heat it on a medium heat.

Stew the apple pieces for a minute in the bubbly butter and add a tablespoon of Greensweet Brown.
Powder the apple pieces with a good pinch of cinnamon and a little ground nutmeg. Stir in the pan.
Spoon the apple cubes in the muffin batter and mix well.

Place a paper cup in each small cake tin of the baking tin. Fill each shape almost to the edge with batter.

Place the muffins in the hot oven at 210 ° C. Bake for 20 minutes.

Prick with a satay stick in a muffin to check if they are cooked. If no dough pieces stick to the stick, they are ready.

Allow the muffins to cool. And for the decoration you can sprinkle some Greensweet Icing over it.

Enjoy your meal !
