what do you need:

175 grams of homemade condensed milk (you can find the recipe for the condensed milk at the bottom of this recipe)
150 grams Greensweet Brown
75 grams of butter
50ml water
1 gram xanthan gum

How are you?

Line a small square dish or baking tin with baking paper
Place all ingredients, except the xanthan gum, in a saucepan.
Bring it to a boil while stirring and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
Add the xanthan gum and puree with an immersion blender until thick but smooth.
Pour the mixture into the mold and let it harden / stiffen in the refrigerator.
When it has hardened enough, you can cut into cubes.
Keep the caramelos in the fridge, I recommend serving them cold (it looks like fudge)

Sugar-free condensed milk

what do you need:


500 ml whipped cream
50 grams of butter
5 grams Greensweet Extra Sweet

This is how you make it:

Place everything in a saucepan and bring to a boil while stirring.
let it reduce by 1/3, this will take 25 to 30 minutes.
Pay attention in between, because when the whipped cream boils it can foam enormously, lower the heat. So it is not a problem if you heat the mixture several times over medium heat.
Once the whipping cream has thickened enough, turn off the heat and let it cool down (stirring in between).
Then pour it into a glass jar and keep it in the fridge.

It can be kept in the fridge for an average of a week
