Cinnamon sticky buns from Bakmuts and stuff
What do you need:
1 pack of mix for white bread
For the filling / sticky layer:
200 grams of butter
2 tablespoons of cinnamon
This is how you make it:
I have used this time mix for white bread and made as stated on packaging.
For the filling / sticky layer, use about 200 grams of butter, 75 grams of Greensweet Brown and about 2 tablespoons of cinnamon and mix well.
When the bread has risen for about 30 minutes then roll out to an elongated piece of about 1 cm thick and spread the butter mixture on it. Not everything because you have to keep something to smear your baking tin and then you roll up the cloth and cut it into slices of about 2 cm thick and place in the baking tin (used a brownie shape) make sure you leave some space in between, because you let it still about 45 rise .
Then bake in the oven (just pay attention to the mix how high the oven should be) and when it is ready then pour the same into a hot plate (just turn the baking tin over, because that's how the sticky layer comes up). Enjoy your meal
