What do you need:

for 2 people

Toppings: cashew pasta, strawberries, chocolate Easter bar & puffed teff

Tip; all cashew pasta can be replaced by peanut butter, note that the taste may change slightly!

This is how you make these French toast:

Put the teff flour with the almond milk, cinnamon, greensweet brown and cashew paste in the blender. Put butter in a frying pan and let it melt, dip the sandwich (both sides) in the batter and bake both sides for about 3 minutes until golden brown.

Serve with the toppings, enjoy!
