What do you need: (For 4 people, 2 points per person)

8 eggs (boiled hard, cut in half lengthwise)
1 pack of sieved tomato (500 ml)
1 pot roasted yellow pepper (without oil, drained and sliced)
1 large onion (chopped)
4 cloves of garlic (crushed and minced)
3 tomatoes (in cubes)
1 red pepper (seeds and seed lists removed and chopped)
½ tablespoon Garam Masala herbs (Jonnie Boer)
½ tablespoon sambal bath robe
½ tablespoon smoked paprika powder
2 tablespoons Greensweet Stevia Brown (or brown sugar but that costs a lot of points)
2 small maggi blocks (crumbled)
150 ml Alpro Cuisine Soy light (or regular cooking cream but that costs a lot of points)
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons lime juice
black pepper and salt (to taste)
2 tablespoons Becel light

This is how you make it:

Fry the onion, red pepper and garlic in the Becel.
Add the tomato and pepper and stir-fry for about 5 minutes.
Add the sieved tomato, Greensweet Stevia Brown, smoked paprika, Garam masala spices, sambal, maggi cubes, balsamic vinegar and lime juice and let simmer for about 5 minutes.
Add the Alpro Cuisine Soy, stir together, taste a little and add any salt and / or black pepper to taste. I myself thought it was salt enough, I just added some black pepper).
Place the egg halves in it with the egg yolk up and let it heat for another 2 minutes.

Enjoy your meal!

I ate it with brown fried cauliflower rice (2 points extra) and sweet and sour cucumber-red onion (0 points extra)
