What do you need:

  • 2 portobello's
  • 400 grams of mushroom stir-fry mix
  • 50 grams bulgur, uncooked (quinoa, rice or couscous is also possible)
  • 50 ml soy sauce (Go-Tan)
  • 1 El fish sauce (omit vegans and vegetarians)
  • 20 grams of Greensweet Brown
  • Sambal
  • 10 grams of garlic paste


This is how you make it:

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

Cook the bulgur as it says on the package. Then drain it and rinse it under cold water. (because of this the bulgur does not continue to cook). Heat some olive oil in a wok pan and wok the garlic paste, and wok vegetables

First mix the soy sauce, fish sauce and Greensweet Brown in a separate bowl. If your wok vegetables are as good as done, then add the sauce and the cooked bulgur. If everything is well mixed, the pan can be removed from the heat.

Put the portobello's in a baking dish and put the filling in it, possibly with salt and pepper over it. The portobello's are put in the oven for about 20 minutes.

And your vegetarian (even vegan) filled portobello's are ready!
