What do you need : (For 6 people, 6 points per person)

1200 grams of low-fat beef flap Irish (diced)
200 grams of bacon (bread spread, small cut)
1000 grams of strained tomatoes
2 tomatoes (diced)
2 leek stalks (cut into half slices)
2 peppers (color of your choice, diced)
2 large onions (coarsely cut)
4 cloves of garlic (cut into slices)
2 red peppers (small cut)
4 bay leaves (in a herb bulb)
8 cloves (in a herb bulb)
1 bunch of thyme (in herb bulb)
1 bunch of oregano (in herb bulb)
1 tablespoon of paprika
1 dessert spoon cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon Greensweet Brown
70 grams of tomato paste
2 vegetable stock cubes and 1 meat stock cubes (dissolved in 100 ml hot water)
200 ml of red wine
4 tablespoons of flour
pepper and salt from the mill

This is how you make it:

Pipe a little PAM baking spray into the pan and fry the bacon for a while. Sprinkle pepper and salt on the pieces of beef, spray with the PAM baking spray and sprinkle with the flour.

Add the beef cubes to the bacon and stir fry until the meat is brown. Add the tomato paste and fry briefly. Deglaze with the stock and the wine and let it thicken. Add the garlic, red pepper, the onion, the leek, the peppers and the carrot and stir fry well for about 5 minutes. When the vegetables have shrunk a little, add the tomatoes, the Greensweet Stevia Brown, the paprika powder and the cayenne pepper. Leave to simmer for another minute or 10 on a high heat.

Put the herb ball in with the herbs and the sifted tomatoes. Allow 4 hours on low heat (I always do it on a plate on the smallest pit) with the lid closed. Do the lid off the last hour. Taste and add some salt and / or pepper if necessary.

Serve with boiled potatoes or rice. You have to count those points yourself, that is the amount you eat. If you eat 200 grams of potatoes per person or 100 grams (cooked weighed = 40 grams uncooked) rice, 4 points per person will be added. Then the complete meal is 10 points.

Enjoy your meal!
