What do you need: (for 2 people, 6 points per person)

2 pork tenderloins à 200 grams
2 tablespoons Greensweet Syrup Gold (honey but that's 3 times as many points)
1 tablespoon Greensweet Stevia Brown (or brown sugar but that's 7 points extra!)
1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 teaspoons of sambal manis
2 teaspoons garlic-chili oil
1 teaspoon coriander powder
2 small maggi blocks (crumbled)
garlic pepper (to taste)

This is how you make it:

Mix all the ingredients, except the pork tenderloin and the garlic pepper, that is your marinade.
Sprinkle the pork tenderloin well with the garlic pepper.
Put the marinade in an ovenproof dish (I use a silicone baking pan for this), turn the pork tenderloin well through on all sides and let it stand for a few hours (preferably an entire night).
Pre-heat the airfryer (I used the Philips XXL) to 200 degrees.
Put the pork tenderloin in the airfyer for 14 minutes, turning them half the time.

Enjoy your meal!

I ate it with 100 grams of Aviko mini rösti from the airfryer (5 points extra) and Tasty wok vegetables a la Sandra (3 points extra).
