What do you need:(for 4 people, 10 points per person)

800 grams of chicken fillet (diced)
150 ml Bon Coco organic coconut milk light (available from Appie)
100 grams Calvé peanut butter
1 red onion (coarsely chopped)
1 onion (coarsely chopped)
4 cloves of garlic (cut into slices)
50 ml Heinz 50% tomato ketchup
20 grams of coconut grater
15 grams of sambal badjak
15 grams Greensweet Stevia Brown
15 ml of ginger syrup
30 ml soy sauce (15 ml for cauliflower rice and 15 ml for peanut chicken)
25 mg of flour
3 small maggi cubes (the old-fashioned in the yellow-red packaging, crumbled)
salt and black pepper from the mill

This is how you make it:

Put everything ready, washed, cut and balanced.
Sprinkle the chicken breasts with salt, pepper and flour.
Do everything in the slow cooker. Mix together and put the slow cooker on low for 3 hours.
Enjoy your meal!
Tasty with cauliflower or broccoli list (0 points) and fried paksoi (1 point) and spring onions over it. Do you have points about it is nice to sprinkle some fried onions or peanuts over the dish.

Fried Paksoi

What do you need: (For 4 people, 1 point per person)

2 whole paksoi (cut)
30 ml sweet soy sauce
30 ml of soy sauce
3 cloves of garlic (crushed and chopped)
1 vegetable stock cube (crumbled)
100 ml of water

This is how you make it:

Put the soy sauce, soy sauce, water, stock cube and garlic in a pan and let it get hot.
Add the bok choy and stir fry for about 5 minutes on a high heat.
Enjoy your meal!

Baked broccoli rice (or cauliflower rice)

What do you need: (for 4 people, 0 points per person)

400 grams of broccoli rice (or cauliflower rice)
1 vegetable stock cube (crumbled)
100 ml of water
15 ml sweet soy sauce
15 ml of soy sauce
10 grams of sambal badjak

This is how you make it:

Put the water, the vegetable stock cube, the sweet soy sauce, soy sauce and sambal in a pan. Let it be hot for a moment. Add the broccoli list and stir fry in 5 minutes.
Enjoy your meal!
