What you need: (For 4 people, 12 points per person)

500 grams of lean ground beef
400 grams of cauliflower rice
400 grams smashed green beans (10 minutes pre-cooked)
1 red bell pepper (diced)
1 yellow bell pepper (diced)
1 onion (small chopped)
4 cloves garlic (crushed and finely chopped)
1 red pepper (diced small)
small piece of ginger (chopped small)
80 grams of peanut butter
30 grams tomato puree
50 ml soy sauce
30 ml sweet soy sauce
25 grams Greensweet Stevia Brown
10 grams of Chinese 5-spice powder
5 grams paprika powder
5 grams jinten (cumin powder)
10 grams sambal oelek
2 maggi cubes (crushed)
PAM spray
100ml water

This is how you make it:

Spray the wok with some PAM spray and fry the onion, pepper and garlic in it. If it gets too dry, add little bits of water and no fat!

Add the tomato puree, fry for a while and add the soy sauce and soy sauce, stir and add the minced meat.

Roll the minced meat with a fork in the liquid from the soy and soy sauce (you'll be surprised how well that crumbles in some liquid.

Add the peppers, ginger, sambal and the Greensweet Stevia Brown and stir-fry for a minute.

Add the peanut butter with some water (100 ml) and mix together.

Then add the cauliflower rice, the Chinese 5 spice powder, the crumbled maggi cubes, the jinten and the paprika powder. Stir-fry together.

Finally, add the precooked green beans. Stir-fry it all together for another 3 minutes. The green beans should keep their bite.
