Salmon with a Japanese flavor from the aifryer.
What do you need:
For 2 people, 3 points per person
2 slices of salmon (à 300 grams each)
30 grams Greensweet Stevia Brown
100 ml of soy sauce
50 ml Sake (= Japanese rice wine)
1 lime (only the juice)
15 ml of sesame oil
10 grams of garlic powder
10 grams of fresh black pepper
This is how you make it:
Mix all ingredients well, put the salmon in and leave covered for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator to allow the marinade to withdraw well. Of course you can always stay longer.
Preheat the airfryer to 180 degrees. If you have a thin piece at the end of the salmon leg, fold it double so that the whole moth has about the same thickness. (Otherwise, the thin piece will cook very quickly while the rest is still undercooked).
Put the salmon eggs in the airfryer, seal with the anti-splash lid and let the slices cook in 8 minutes.
Enjoy your meal.
It is probably not even 3 points per person because you do not get the marinade completely or actually, almost not at all. Yet I am counting the 3 points because I prefer to count too much than too little. I think it's actually 0 points, so little you get inside of that marinade.
