Spicy beef a la Sandra from the slow cooker
What do you need : (for 4 people, 4 points per person)
800 grams of skinny beef rags (from Dirk, which is only 1 point per 100 grams!)
2 red onions (chopped)
2 tomatoes (diced)
1 small piece of ginger (small cut)
4 cloves of garlic (cut into slices)
1 red pepper (desiccated and small cut)
30 ml balsamic vinegar
30 ml sweet soy sauce (sweet)
30 ml of soy sauce
10 grams of sambal oelek
10 grams of Dijon mustard
5 grams of Chinese 5 herbs powder
5 grams of smoked paprika
2.5 grams of djinten (cumin powder)
30 grams, Greensweet Stevia Brown
25 grams of flour
2 maggi blocks (crumbled)
black pepper and salt from the mill (to taste)
PAM spray (Body & Fitshop)
50 m water
This is how you make it:
Wash and cut everything, weigh everything and prepare everything.
Mix the ginger, garlic, red pepper, soy sauce, sweet soy sauce, sambal oelek, dijon mustard, smoked paprika, djinten, Chinese 5 spice powder, balsamic vinegar and the Greensweet Brown .
Sprinkle the beef patties with pepper, salt and flour.
Spray some PAM spray in a pan and fry the beef rags briefly.
Put the onions with the tomatoes in the bottom of the slow cooker and place the seared meat on top.
Add the spice mixture and 50 ml of water ..
Put the lid on and put the slow cooker on low for 12 hours.
After 11 o'clock remove the meat and fluff out, then put the meat back into the slow cooker and mix with the moisture. Then put the last hour on low without a lid.
Enjoy your meal! (Made in the 3.5 liter Russel & Hobbs slow cooker)
I ate it with mixed salad with tomato, cucumber and balsamic sauce of 2Bslim (0 points) and 125 grams fresh robust sliced fresh fries of Cela Vita from the fresh box at the supermarket (5 points) and two tablespoons of Remia 5% fries sauce (1 point ).
The complete meal together as I have eaten it is 10 points per person.
