What do you need:

(made in a 3.5 liter slow cooker Russel & Hobbs for 4 people, 1 point per person)

750 grams sprouts (bottom off and halved)
2 tablespoons sweet soy sauce
1 dessert spoon sambal badjak
1 red onion (chopped)
1 red pepper (small cut)
2 cloves of garlic (crushed and chopped)
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons of Greensweet Stevia Brown
1 tablespoon garam masala powder (Jonnie Boer)
1 vegetable stock cube (crumbled)

That's how you make it:

Mix everything together except the sprouts.

If everything is mixed well, add the sprouts.

Mix well and 4,5 hours on low.

I have once again stirred.

Enjoy your meal!

I had eaten it with potato wedges from the airfryer and ham from the slow cooker.

In an ordinary pan:

boil the sprouts for a minute or 7.

Fry the fruit in a little oil or just add the onion, pepper and garlic. Add the sambal, balsamic vinegar, sweet soy sauce, Greensweet Stevia Brown, crumbled vegetable stock cube, the garam masala powder and 100 ml water and stir fry briefly on high heat. Add the sprouts and stir fry for about 8 minutes.
