What you need: (For 4 people, 2 points per person)

600 grams turkey breast cubes
1 onion (small chopped)
3 red (pointed) peppers (in small cubes)
25 ml sweet soy sauce
25 ml soy sauce
15 grams sambal manis
15 grams of mustard
3 cloves garlic (crushed and finely chopped)
10 grams of Chinese 5 spice herbs
5 grams smoked paprika (the sweet one)
15 grams Greensweet Stevia Brown
2 maggi cubes (crushed)
15 ml garlic-chili oil

This is how you make it:

Mix everything together and put in a container that fits in the airfyer (I put it in a silicone cake pan that fits exactly in my airfryer XL)

Preheat the air fryer to 180 degrees.

Put the turkey mixture in the airfryer for 20 minutes, stirring a few times in between!

Enjoy your meal!

I ate it with fresh fries from Cela Vita from the airfryer and some lettuce with atjar.
