YOU NEED THIS:
2 ripe pears, washed and peeled, puréed
10 grams of tartar baking powder
400 grams oatmeal flour (grinding oatmeal in the blender into flour)
35 ml of warm water
For the topping:
10 ml of water
SO YOU MAKE IT:
Preheat the oven to 185 degrees.
Line a baking tray with baking paper.
Stir all the ingredients for the buns in a bowl.
Make buns out of it and place on the baking sheet.
Stir the water through the BROWN sugar and spread the buns with the mixture.
Bake the buns in the middle of the oven until golden brown in about 35-40 minutes, keep checking. Cool well.
