You need this:
- 2 ripe pears, washed and peeled, mashed
- 10 grams of tartar baking powder
- 400 grams oat flour (grind oats into flour in a blender)
- 35ml warm water
For the topping:
- 100 grams Greensweet BROWN
- 10ml water
This is how you make them:
Preheat the oven to 185 degrees.
Line a baking tray with baking paper.
Mix all the ingredients for the buns together in a bowl.
Make buns and place on the baking tray.
Stir the water through the Greensweet Brown and cover the buns with the mixture.
Bake the buns in the middle of the oven until golden brown, about 35-40 minutes, keep checking. Let it cool down.
