Sugar-free cake with chocolate & nuts
What do you need for this sugar-free cake
- 200 grams spelled flour
- 200 grams of butter
- 1 tsp backing soda
- 50 grams green sweet brown
- 4 eggs
- 1 banana
- half a bar of dark chocolate (+ 72%)
- handful of ground nuts
This is how you make it:
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Mix the flour, butter, backing soda, Greensweet brown and eggs together. Cut the banana into small pieces and mix it in as well. A stick blender is the most useful for very fine bananas.
Finally, mix the banana and nuts into the batter. Place a sheet of baking paper in the cake tin and pour the mixture into it. Put the cake in the oven and after 40-50 minutes the cake is ready. You can test this by pricking the cake with a skewer. If the skewer is clean, your cake is ready.
