Sugar-free cake with chocolate & nuts
What do you need for this sugar-free cake
- 200 grams of spelled flour
- 200 grams of butter
- 1 tl backed soda
- 50 grams greensweet brown
- 4 eggs
- 1 banana
- half bar of dark chocolate (+ 72%)
- hand grinded nuts
This is how you make it:
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Mix the flour, butter, backing soda, Greensweet brown and eggs together. Cut the banana into small pieces and mix it through. A hand blender is the most convenient for very fine banana.
Mix the banana and nuts last through the batter. Put a sheet of parchment paper into the cake tin and add the mixture. Put the cake in the oven and after 40-50 minutes the cake is ready. You can test this by poking the cake with a satay stick. If the skewer is clean, your cake is ready.
