What do you need:
 
150 grams of spelled flour,
100 grams of coconut oil,
pinch of salt (I had rocksalt from Santa Maria),
1 large teaspoon of cinnamon powder,
2 teaspoons baking powder,
2 medium eggs,
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
2 overripe bananas.
 
This is how you make it:
 
Mash the bananas to a kind of smooth banana sauce. Put all the dry ingredients in one bowl and mix all the wet ones in another bowl. Add the "banana sauce" to the wet ingredients first and then add the dry ingredients, spoon by spoon, while mixing with a whisk. When everything is through, pour your batter into a greased cake pan (in our case the square Airfryer oven dish). Now bake your banana bread in about 20 minutes at 170 degrees Celsius. If a skewer comes out clean, your bread is done and ready. We turned the bread around for a while and did it an extra 5 minutes in the Airfryer. The recipe can of course also be easily made in the normal oven.
