Black bean cake from Karin
What do you need:
- can of black beans (drained 265 gr)
- 30 gr oatmeal
- 30 gr choco nut whey (myprotein.nl)
- 30 g cocoa powder
- 2 eggs
- 100 ml of milk
- 5 g baking powder
- Greensweet Erythritol
- Greensweet liquid stevia chocolate drops to your own taste
This is how you make it:
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Mix everything in a food processor.
Then put the mixture in a greased cake pan and put it in the oven for 40 minutes.
