Itch-free chocolate breast plate (vegan and sugar-free)
You need this:
- 200 grams of greensweet stevia pure erythritol sugar
- 4 large tablespoons of organic low-fat cocoa powder
- 40 ml almond milk or soy milk or other vegetable milk substitute
This is how you make it:
You can use any desired shape. The nicest are the cops. You can make this with round molds of 100% silicone. But you can, for example, also choose other nice shapes. Put the sugar + cocoa in a saucepan with a thick bottom, and add a tablespoon of the milk, put on a high heat and keep stirring until the mass melts together, then always add bits of the milk and keep stirring until the mass has completely melted together and has become a bit syrupy.
Remove the pan from the heat and immediately fill the molds. Let this dry for two / three hours (preferably longer) until they are completely cured.
You can make your breastplate extra tasty by, for example, adding a teaspoon of vanilla bourbon. You can also add all sorts of tasty things when they dry in the mall, such as goj berries, cocoa nibs, nuts, seeds and seeds.
