Chocolate breast plate (vegan and sugar free)
You need this:
- 200 grams of greensweet stevia pure erythritol sugar
- 4 heaping tablespoons of organic low-fat cocoa powder
- 40 ml almond milk or soy milk or other plant-based milk substitute
This is how you make it:
You can use any shape you want. The best are the cops. You can make these with round molds of 100% silicone. But you can also opt for other fun shapes, for example. Put the sugar + cocoa in a heavy-bottomed saucepan, add a tablespoon of the milk, put on a high heat and keep stirring until the mass melts, then add little bits of the milk and keep stirring until the mass is combined has completely fused together and has become a bit viscous.
Remove the pan from the heat and immediately fill the molds. Let this dry for two / three hours (preferably longer) until they are completely cured.
You can make your breast plate extra tasty by adding a teaspoon of vanilla bourbon, for example. You can also add all kinds of tasty things to them when they dry in the mold, such as goy berries, cocoa nibs, nuts, seeds and kernels.
