Meukvrije chocolate breastplate (vegan and sugar free)
You need this:
- 200 grams greensweet stevia pure erythritol sugar
- 4 large tablespoons of organic skimmed cocoa powder
- 40 ml of almond milk or soya milk or other vegetable milk replacer
This is how you make it:
You can use any desired shape. The nicest are the flikjes. You can make these with round shapes of 100% silicone. But you can also opt for other fun shapes, for example. Put the sugar + cocoa in a saucepan with a thick bottom, add a tablespoon of the milk, set on high heat and keep stirring until the mass melts together, then gradually add some of the milk and keep stirring until the mass completely fused together and has become somewhat syrupy.
Remove the pan from the heat and fill the molds immediately. Leave this to dry for two / three hours (preferably longer) until they are fully cured.
You can make your breast plate extra delicious by adding a teaspoon of vanilla bourbon, for example. You can also add all sorts of tasty things when they dry in the mall, such as goji berries, cocoa nibs, nuts, seeds and seeds.
