Chocolate chip cookies
Below you can read the recipe for these delicious soft chocolate chips cookies, with vegan version.
What do you need:
- 150 grams of Cannellini beans
- 20 grams of whey (you can replace this with 10 grams of flour)
- 25 ml of yogurt or soy yogurt
- 25 grams of Greensweet erythritol
- 20 grams of Greensweet sweet brown
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- Dark chocolate
This is how you make these cookies:
Preheat the oven to 175 degrees
Mix the cannelini beans in a food processor to a smooth puree. Pay attention that no pieces or fleece stays in it, because you do not want to taste this in your cookies. Then add the rest of the ingredients, except the dark chocolate.
Use a spoon to make small heaps on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
Cut / crush the dark chocolate into small pieces and sprinkle this over your cookies.
The cookies are put in the oven for about 20 to 25 minutes. And your delicious Vegan chocolate cookies are ready.
Please note, these are not those crunchy cookies, they remain slightly soft, but not very soft.
