Chocolate vanilla cottage cheese cake
What do you need:
- 500 grams of low-fat French curd cheese
- 3 proteins
- 40 grams of oatmeal
- 35 grams of coconut flour
- 20 grams of vanilla whey
- 20 grams of chocolate whey
- Greensweet liquid stevia Vanilla drops
- Greensweet liquid stevia Chocolate drops
- Greensweet Erythritol
In this recipe I use protein powder, but you can also replace this. You replace the chocolate whey with 20 grams of oatmeal and 5 grams of cocoa and the vanilla whey for 20 grams of oatmeal and then add extra vanilla extract. Keep in mind that you also add extra sweetener, because whey is also sweetened and oatmeal is not.
This is how you make it:
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Mix the quark together with the 3 proteins, oatmeal, coconut flour and Greensweet erythritol. If this is well mixed, divide it into 2 trays. In one container, add the chocolate whey and Greeensweet chocolate stevia drops. In the other container, add the vanilla whey and Greensweet vanilla drops.
Put the batter in a baking pan lined with baking paper and put it in the oven for about 50 minutes.
