What do you need:

  • 500 grams of cottage cheese
  • 30 grams of coconut flour
  • 40 grams of teff flour
  • 105 grams of protein (protein from 3 eggs)
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 20 grams of Greensweet erythritol

Vanilla half

Chocolate half

  • 20 grams of cocoa
  • 20 grams of chocolate whey

This is how you make them:

Preheat the oven to 175 degrees.

First mix the quark, egg whites, coconut flour, teff flour, erythritol and baking powder. If this is well mixed, divide the batter between two trays. In one container you add the greensweet liquid stevia vanilla drops and the vanilla whey. In the other bake the cocoa and chocolate whey.

Put the batter layer by layer in the cake molds and then they can be put in the oven for about 35-40 minutes. How do you see they are ready? Stick with a skewer in the middle of the cake, if it comes out without batter, then they are ready!
