Gluten-free Cottage cheese cakes

What do you need:

  • 500 grams of cottage cheese
  • 30 grams of coconut flour
  • 40 grams of teff flour
  • 105 grams of protein (protein of 3 eggs)
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 20 grams of Greensweet erythritol

Vanilla half

Chocolate half

  • 20 grams of cocoa
  • 20 grams of chocolate whey

This is how you make them:

Preheat the oven to 175 degrees.

First mix the curd cheese, egg whites, coconut flour, teff flour, erythritol and baking powder. If this is well mixed, divide the batter over two trays. In one container you add the greensweet liquid stevia vanilla drops and the vanilla whey. In the other, the cocoa and chocolate whey.

Put the batter in the cake molds layer by layer and then they can be put in the oven for about 35-40 minutes. How do you see that they are ready? Stick with a saté-stick in the middle of the cake, if it comes out without any batter, they are done!
