What do you need:
- 40 grams of Greensweet erythritol
- 180 grams of coarse oat flakes
- 20 grams of linseed
- 40 grams of currants
- Herbs according to my wishes I used cinnamon and cinnamon spices this time
Of course you can stop what you like, such as nuts, seeds, pieces of cocoa nibs, dried fruit or cocoa.
Preheat the oven to 170 degrees and coat a baking sheet with parchment paper. Put the erythritol with 2 tablespoons of water in a saucepan and place on low heat. Make sure the erythritol completely dissolves in the water. Put all other ingredients in a bowl and pour over your mixture. Mix this well together and then spread it over the baking tin.
Do this first for 8 minutes in the oven and then scoop it once. Then for 5 minutes in the oven and scoop it again. Finally, another 5 minutes in the oven and your crunchy granola is ready.
