Healthier cheesecake bites (keto)
What do you need:
- 200 grams of cream cheese
- 1 egg
- 50 grams of protein
- 200 grams of low-fat French curd cheese
- 30 grams of whey chocolate flavor
- Greensweet Erythritol
- frozen strawberries / raspberries / blackberries or plums
Don't have whey? No matter, you replace this with 25 grams of oatmeal, 5 grams of cocoa and extra sweetener.
This is how you make these delicious bites:
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and spray the baking tins with a baking spray.
Now mix all ingredients except the fruit together. Make sure everything is well mixed. Now you can fill the baking tins with half the batter. Add the frozen fruit and the rest of the batter on top.
The cheese cake bites go in the oven for about 50 to 60 minutes (depending on your oven). First let them cool well and then keep them in the fridge.
