Healthy Candy sugar

This is how you make it:
Put about 100 grams of Greensweet erythritol in a thick-bottomed saucepan. Add about three tablespoons of water and put on high heat. Continue to stir CONTINUOU until the sugar is dissolved and a little slippery from the spoon. Pay attention, do not let it cook too long because otherwise the sugar burns. Let the hot mass slide on a sheet of parchment paper in a large oven dish and let it solidify. You will notice that this is happening immediately so be quick to pour the hot mass. Let this dry for as long as necessary. You will notice that the slice is hard enough to crumble. I advise you to dry the slab for 24 hours, this gives the best result.
Once you have broken the slice, you keep the candy in a bowl in a cool place. Do not cover it. You can keep the candy for weeks. If you make this, because in between sweets is really irresistible! This candy sugar contains no calories, is tooth-friendly, and does not affect blood sugar levels. It is also suitable for Candida patients and people with diabetes. Do not eat a whole cup in a row, that is not healthy either.
