You need this:

This is how you make it:
Put about 100 grams of Greensweet erythritol in a heavy-bottomed saucepan. Add about three tablespoons of water and place over high heat. Keep stirring CONTINUOUSLY until the sugar has dissolved and slides off the spoon in a syrupy way. Be careful not to let it boil for too long otherwise the sugar will burn. Slide the hot mass onto a sheet of baking paper in a large oven dish and let it set. You will notice that this happens immediately so be quick with pouring the hot mass. Let this dry for as long as needed. You will notice that the slab is hard enough to crumble. I advise you to let the paste dry for 24 hours, this gives the best result.
Once you have crumbled the slice, store the candy in a bowl in a cool place. Don't cover it. You can keep the candy for weeks. If you make it, because snacking in between is also really irresistible! This candy sugar contains no calories, is tooth-friendly, and does not affect blood sugar levels. It is also suitable for Candida patients and people with diabetes. However, do not eat a whole bowl in a row, that is not healthy either.
