Healthy candy sugar
You need this:
Saucepan with thick bottom
This is how you make it:
Put about 100 grams of Greensweet erythritol in a thick-bottomed saucepan. Add about three tablespoons of water and put on high heat. Continue to stir CONTINUOUSLY until the sugar dissolves and slips a little syrupy off the spoon. Pay attention, don't let it boil for too long or the sugar will burn. Slide the hot mass onto a sheet of baking paper in a large baking dish and let it solidify. You will notice that this happens immediately so be quick to pour the hot mass. Let this dry for as long as necessary. You will notice that the slice is hard enough to crumble. I advise you to let the slab dry for 24 hours, this gives the best results.
Once you have crumbled the slice, keep the candy in a bowl in a cool place. Don't cover it. You can keep the candy for weeks. If you make it, because snacking in between is really irresistible! This sugar candy contains no calories, is tooth-friendly, and has no influence on blood sugar levels. It is also suitable for Candida patients and people with diabetes. However, do not eat a whole bowl in a row, that is not healthy either.
