German curry with herb sauerkraut and grandma's fries from the airfryer
What do you need: (For two people, 14 points per person)
300 grams of bratwurst or veal sausage (the same number in points)
1 onion (chopped)
100 ml Remia tomato ketchup
1 tablespoon tomato puree
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons Greensweet Erythritol
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon chilli powder
3/4 tablespoon curry powder
spicy herb sauerkraut (amount to taste, is 0 points)
200 grams of Aviko's grandma's fries from the airfryer
100 ml of water
2 teaspoons of becel light
possibly 4 tablespoons remia fries sauce 5% (2 per person, then 1 point per person is added !!!!!!)
This is how you make it:
Make the fries in the airfryer according to the package.
You eat the sauerkraut raw, amount to taste.
Roast the chicken bratwurst without oil or fat in a grill pan for 10 minutes.
Fry the onion in the Becel and add the tomato puree and stir well.
Add 100 ml of water and the balsamic vinegar, tomato ketchup and the Greensweet Erythritol sugar and mix well. Let simmer for a few minutes over a low heat.
Meanwhile, cut the bratwurst into pieces and add.
Finish with the soy sauce, chili powder and curry (to taste).
Enjoy your meal!
