Sweet and sour bell pepper a la Sandra
What do you need:(dish is 0 points)
5 or 6 peppers (in strips, color of your choice)
3 small red onions (chopped)
4 cloves of garlic (crushed in the mortar and then in a spice ball)
1 tablespoon white peppercorns (bruised in the mortar and then in a spice ball)
4 bay leaves (in a spice ball)
1 red pepper (cut into small pieces)
500 ml of water
200 ml white wine vinegar
150 ml balsamic vinegar
100 grams of Greensweet Erythritol
2 teaspoons of salt
sweet chili spices from the mill (to taste)
This is how you make it:
Put the garlic and peppercorns in a mortar and crush them well, then do that together with the bay leaves in a herb ball.
Put everything in a pan, except the red onions.
Bring to the boil and simmer for 10 minutes.
Then add the red onions, bring to the boil again and let it simmer for another 5 minutes.
Allow to cool and put in a Tupperware container or other container in the refrigerator. You can save this for a week.
Serve with spicy dishes or just with your cheese cracker
Enjoy your meal!
