What do you need:(dish is 0 points)

5 or 6 peppers (in strips, color of your choice)
3 small red onions (chopped)
4 cloves of garlic (bruised in the mortar and then in a herb ball)
1 tablespoon white pepper grains (bruised in the mortar and then in a herb ball)
4 bay leaves (in herb bulb)
1 red pepper (small cut)
500 ml of water
200 ml of white wine vinegar
150 ml balsamic vinegar
100 grams Greensweet Erythritol
2 teaspoons of salt
sweet chili spices from the mill (to taste)

This is how you make it:

Put the garlic and the peppercorns in a mortar and crush them well, then do this together with the bay leaves in a herb bulb.
Put everything in a pan, except the red onions.
Bring to the boil and simmer for 10 minutes.
Then add the red onions, bring back to the boil and simmer for another 5 minutes.
Allow to cool and put in a Tupperware container or other container in the refrigerator. You can keep this for a week.

Delicious with spicy dishes or just on your cracker with cheese
