What do you need:
- 300 grams of pumpkin puree
- 60 grams of spelled flour
- 15 grams of cocoa
- 20 grams of Greensweet Erythritol
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 8 grams of baking powder
- 20 grams of whey chocolate
If you don't have whey, replace this with extra spelled flour, sweetener and cocoa. You can also replace it with the chocolate powder from Nesquik
This is how you make it:
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Mix all ingredients well together and make sure that no lumps of flour or cocoa are left in them.
Put the mixture in a baking tray lined with baking paper and put it in the oven for 35 minutes. This cake stays a bit moist inside, this makes the brownie nice and creamy.
