What do you need:
- 300 grams of pumpkin puree
- 60 grams of spelled flour
- 15 grams of cocoa
- 20 grams Greensweet Erythritol
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 8 grams of baking powder
- 20 grams of whey chocolate
If you do not have whey, replace it for extra spelled flour, sweetener and cocoa. You can also replace it with the Nesquik chocolate powder
This is how you make it:
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Mix all ingredients well together and ensure that no lumps of flour or cocoa remain in it.
Put the mixture in a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and put it in the oven for 35 minutes. This cake remains moist inside, this makes the brownie nice and smooth.
