What do you need:

various types of vegetable powders, cocoa powder, Ceylon cinnamon powder, etc. (a tablespoon on average)

This is how you make it:

Beat sugars, vanilla and egg whites with a hand mixer until stiff. The bowl should be reversible. Fill a piping bag with a serrated mouth with the egg white foam. Pipe nice tufts directly into the baking elevator. Bake the meringue at 100 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Let them cool.
