Speculoos pasta
You need this:
- 150 grams of sunflower seeds
- 2 big tablespoons greensweet extra sweet
- 1 tablespoon greensweet-stevia erythritol
- 2 large tablespoons of avocado oil (pure molten coconut oil or extra virgin olive oil can also)
- one and a half tablespoon of gingerbread spices
This is how you make it:
Put all the ingredients in the food processor and grind until the mass is smooth in texture. In the meantime, stir in the mass for a while so that everything is well ground. Does everything remain too loose-grained? Then add a few extra bits of oil every time you run until the mass reaches the desired smoothness.
Store in a clean, sealable glass jar in a dark and cool place (not in the refrigerator)
