This is how you make it:

Beat the egg whites in a grease-free bowl until stiff. Mix the coconut oil/fat through the yolks, along with the sugars and drops. Mix all herbs and spices together. Fold the egg whites into the yolk mixture. Make sure everything is well mixed together. Halve the batter over two bowls. Fold the herbs into one half. Set the oven to grill position 200 degrees.

Grease a square (preferably brownie tin) baking tin or baking dish with coconut oil. Drop a small amount of natural batter on the bottom and move the tin in such a way that the batter runs to a bottom. Grill it in the oven for a few minutes. Always repeat these steps alternately with natural batter and herb batter. Cut the whole thing into square pieces.
