This is how you make it:

Soak the tiger nuts in hot water for 6-8 hours or more. Rinse them. Place the cinnamon and sugars in a heavy-bottomed saucepan and stir continuously over medium heat until the mixture has melted. Add the tiger nuts and keep stirring continuously for about 5-8 minutes. When the mass has become a bit viscous, turn off the heat. Line a baking tray with baking paper and put mounds on the baking tray. Let it harden for an hour.
