What do you need:

  • 1 small green banana, very nicely pureed
  • 85 grams greensweet ICING icing sugar
  • 185 grams of oatmeal flour (finely grind oatmeal in the blender into flour)
  • a cup of cocoa nibs
  • possibly add: water

This is how you make it:

Stir the Greensweet Icing very well through the banana puree. Add the flour and the cocoa nibs and stir again very firmly. If the mass remains too dry and too granular, add small amounts of water. Pour the mass into a glass jar. The spread is suitable for vegans, vegetarians, people with a gluten allergy / intolerance, only contains the fruit sugars from the banana. If you want to keep the sugars as low as possible, choose a green mashed banana.
