Sweet coconut-oat rocks
What do you need:
- 150 grams oatmeal (dry)
- approximately 175 ml of water, add more if necessary
- 15 grams of coconut flour
- Greensweet stevia Icing icing sugar
This is how you make it:
Stir about three tablespoons of warm water through the coconut flour. It must become a pap. Drape the cloth or sieve onto a bowl, pour the paste on it and squeeze out well. The coconut milk you can drink delicious! Stir the coconut through the oatmeal and the water and make the mass homogeneous. Cover the bucket lift with a piece of baking paper and pour everything on it. Turn the airfryer to 180 degrees and bake the slice for 10 minutes. Check if it is done, if not, give it some extra minutes. Pull the slice apart into pieces and bury rocks. Sprinkle some icing sugar into a bowl and always fetch a rock generously through the icing sugar.
