How to make this delicious trifle:
Grate the zest of the lemon. Cut the lemon in half. Cut the mango into pieces.
Beat the cream until stiff.
Add 2 tablespoons of greensweet icing, the lemon zest, juice of half the lemon and the Greek yogurt.
Knock this through as well. Cut the 2 thick slices of cake into cubes.
Fill the glasses with the cubes of cake, cream yogurt with lemon and pieces of mango.
Repeat this again and put the glasses in the refrigerator until use.
Tip: little amaretto with the cake.
